I have spent several years in the foodservice industry marketing and selling food, menus, concepts and most of all myself. Prior to being on the sales end, I was on the production side of the industry, spending over ten years in the kitchen. Due to a acquisition, I now market myself with Mac Papers, a growing force in the packaging business. I started with Mac Papers with no book of business, and have quickly grown my customer base adding 58 accounts shipped in the last 12 months with little to no training." I am a cold calling Machine". I am extremely persistent, without being pushy. I am a professional with a plan. I leave my house with a objective everyday. I also do not like to take NO for an answer. I am very organized, very prepared, and driven to be the best I can be. I previously managed a team of 4 sales reps and the owner of the company. Starting in March with company sales of 5.8 Million in sales growing in 8 months when the company was sold to 6.5 Million in sales. This included loosing a large customer of a years in sales. I bring a very structured corporate back round to a privately owned smaller business. Prior to my latest change of fields, I have 20 years of experience in the food service industry. Having worked my way up from from cooking on the line in a restaurant to an executive chef. I have planned, purchased, and executed production for kitchens and banquet facilities producing over meals daily. Most recently food service distribution sales,and promoted to management. Purchasing, menu development, sales presentations and trainings, were just a few of my responsibilities. I have a passion for growing sales, increasing profits, and making a work place more efficient.
