For over 15 years I have worked in the Boston tech market, connecting talented software engineers with innovative software companies in the area. In the age of remote work, my reach has expanded as I support many remote searches as well. What's most important to me is to make successful matches. I appreciate that a job change is not taken lightly, and many factors are considered from the technology you're using to the size, culture and funding of the company. I offer a low pressure approach where I get to know my candidates strengths and career goals, so that when the time is right I can help them achieve career advancement. Through the many relationships my team and I have, I'm able to open up doors to companies many engineers may not have otherwise have access to. With the client companies I work with, I am happy to be held to a high standard. I understand that our value add is to find engineers that are tough to find.
