About Mark Stanley

I'm a driven, active manager who'll go above and beyond expectations, day or night, to get the job done- I have over several years of project and build management experience within the wireless Telecoms sector and more recently working within the PFI environment for GFM at Bodmin hospital on refurbishment works and Fire protection remedial projects- I am experienced in holding contractors and in-house resources accountable for the quality and financial competitiveness of their work. As well as keeping them to deadlines for both the practical and paperwork aspects of their job- I have abundant experience of providing high level reports (written, PowerPoint and verbal) to internal and external stakeholders- leading online and in-person inter-departmental meetings for project planning of key milestones and performance indicators, utilizing a suite project management skills and methods to get the most out of my teams- All my projects from planning to execution are focused on strict budgets, deadlines and within contracts- I'm a Prince2 practitioner accredited project manager, have completed the SMSTS course and am currently completing the Nebosh H&S in construction (UK) course.
