I'm always trying to find ways to make life better, easier and more fun! I love doing this in a complex technical environment by connecting people and practices with purpose to deliver the desired outcome for our customer. For example, I do this by coaching someone one-on-one on an individual challenge, facilitating a retrospective within or between teams, or helping management set and measure objectives and the processes in place. Always with careful attention to the people, the organization, and the customer. I really get energized when I can connect people to a common goal and help them achieve it themselves by exposing them to Agile principles, methods, and techniques.
