About Mark Stebbins

Mark A. Stebbins is a Director with Freed Maxick and leads the Firm’s Tax Practice. Mark is a member of the Firm’s ASC 740 and International Tax Practice, where he specializes in providing multinational public and private enterprises with ASC 740 outsourcing and tax compliance consulting, international tax planning and compliance, and merger and acquisition assistance. Mark is also a member of the Firms’ SEC practice where his primary responsibility is reviewing ASC 740 for a majority of the Firm’s public company audit clients. In addition, Mark is responsible for providing day-to-day tax advisory services, and coordinating and supervising the preparation of the income tax returns. He is well versed in preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns and providing value-added tax advisory services.
