I am a dedicated & professional individual, with over 38 years experience in aviation, security, training, recruitment, close protection, personal security and management roles, I hold a current Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence, I am able to offer bespoke security solutions, whatever your requirement are. The aviation security world, has been a large part of my professional working career, ensuring the the safety of the aircraft, customers and the crew I was responsible for. I am currently part of the security team at a private airfield, protecting the assets, estate, personnel, customers & airfield, ensuring the operation is secure and without malicious or political interference. I was the lead operative, when required to protect Government officials, Royalty, High profile individuals and also repatriation of diplomats from areas of conflict & war zones, ensuring they were safely extracted, protected and repatriated to their homeland. The majority of my professional career within the aviation industry, has provided me with experience and expertise. It has also given me a unique and valuable skillset in training, coaching, mentoring and management of ad-hoc and fixed teams. These included, Performance Management, Recognition, Promotional Training and Recruitment. I am an instructor in conflict resolution and physical intervention. I am also first aid, AED, CPR and immediate medical first response trained and current. I have worked with two of the biggest brands in the aviation world, this has enabled me to build a strong foundation, diverse and professional set of skills.
