As Group Operations Director, I lead on developing long term business growth strategies, identifying and driving new business opportunities, collaborations and partnerships to maximise impact and outcomes. Although a key focus of our work is within the live music industry, concerts, special events and touring programmes, we work across the cultural spectrum providing opportunities for artists, participants and audiences in line with the company’s strategic objectives for growth. Former roles and responsibilities provide me with extensive public, private & third sector experience within Operations, Logistics, Finance, Strategy and Project Management. A commercially driven, detail orientated and customer focused individual with the ability to effectively manage people. Adept at leading, motivating and developing staff coupled with a passion for contributing to the delivery of organisational goals. A proven track record in driving the business forward and consistently exceeding targets.
