About Mark Stevenson

I am a strategic leader with over 20 years’ experience of collaborative leadership with boards and executives in the public sector. I now help organisations improve their social impact and value for money as a trusted advisor for project delivery, risk management and performance improvement. As a ‘big picture’ thinker, I bring an analytical eye and financial understanding to the articulation and realisation of strategy. In my consultancy work, I also lead the execution of that strategy, directly involved in solution design and implementation, staff development as well as team management and communications. I bring commerciality to the organisations I work with and my financial acumen and innovative problem-solving has been a key contribution to cross-governmental programmes, as well as new partnerships and business development. What matters most to me is a shared set of values and the ability to be able to give something back to the public sector. Now, I am seeking to a new challenge and am open to executive roles and Non-Executive Directorships, interim and permanent positions.
