About Mark Stigter

Before becoming portfolio manager at de Belastingdienst I was a PPM consultant and trainer with a lot of international experience. I have been involved with several global software and process implementations and have trained users in several countries around the world. I have much experience with project, resource- and portfolio management processes. I have given several presentations about portfolio management. These presentations were application (CA PPM and MS PPM) and process related (like product based planning or Portfolio Management) and were held at the Clarity User Society Benelux and at CA World and for customers. I enjoys giving training, and (according to the evaluations) am an excellent trainer. I have developed several application- and process trainings, classroom as well as online. Setting up a support organization and handing over the required knowledge to support is also an earea in which I have experience.
