My goal in starting this company was, and remains to be, empowering customers to diagnose/ order their own parts and save themselves a lot of money with their big purchases. An RV of any kind is a huge investment. Most repair replaces don't want to do 3rd party. It's like buying your parts at a NAPA, or off Amazon and hiring someone else to do the repair using a part you ordered, and if you order the wrong part, the hassle begins. That's why my family chose to empower customers by offering service guides for free and listing as much info on applicability as we possibly could when we list a product. We choose to empower the customer in their decision making process as much as we can / could the date of the listing. If it's changed or updated and we didn't have the man power to do it, we will eat it, and make it right. If you don't use our resources and order the wrong parts, that is on you. Accountability is a tremendous value we hold here at my company. If you are the type of person who thinks accountability solely lies on the company and not owning your part in not reading or educating yourself on something you own, or are buying, then we are not the company for you. Know what you need, if you are unsure use the resources we provide to you, which are plentiful and we offer for free. If you don't want to learn it and be accountable for your purchase, please skip by our company. We have the lowest warranty claims in the business because we stress accountability. The business pyramid consists of cheap, good, fast. Pick the 2 of 3 you want when you buy. We are cheap and good. Most of the warranty claims we've had in 2 years are from mis-diagnosis, or incorrect installation, even though the guides are available for free. DO your self a favor. Learn how you RV works when you buy it. We are straight forward and no nonsense here at PDX RV. Yet, in the event we CAUSE an issue, we own it and make it right.
