I’m a global marketing leader connecting brand, growth and customer engagement into one commercial engine. Currently I am the Global Marketing Director at Top Employers Institute, the world’s number one authority on people practices and HR strategy. This year, we certified 2,400+ organisations across 125 countries. It’s work that matters - building a better world of work. In my role, I work closely with our sales, rev ops, product, and client success teams to connect brand, demand, and experience into one growth engine. I’m responsible for how we show up in the market, win deals, keep customers engaged, and drive both regional and global growth. Before joining TEI, I spent 11 years at Hays, one of the world’s leading recruitment agencies, working across three continents. As Regional Head of Marketing for Asia, I led the shift from traditional marketing to a fully digital, data-led, and customer-first approach. Some highlights from that journey: web traffic up by 410%, lead sharing became fully automated across markets, platforms like WeChat and LINE moved onto the strategic agenda and marketing campaigns directly drove measurable revenue growth. As part of Hays’ Asia Board (2018–2022), I focused on digital transformation, locally relevant content, and building marketing teams that could scale. Earlier in my career, I worked at PageGroup, where I began in recruitment marketing back in 2007 after completing my Master’s degree. Outside of work, I’m a writer and photographer — with work published in outlets like Voetbal International, Time Out, Elle, Travel Japan, Singapore Business Review, and universities including NUS and NTU.
