I am an experienced engineer, engineering and program manager. As such, my primary goal is to use my experience in producing measurable results from my own efforts and the contributions of my team. With over twenty years of experience in engineering design and project management of consumer and commercial products and accessories. • I love coaching and mentoring others to become their best. • I consistently deliver products that delight customers and create multi-million dollar revenue within the telecom/wireless industry and energy sectors. • My experience includes, but is not limited to, Working closely with our global supply chain and sourcing organizations to ensure on time and high quality product components such as § Injection molded part design and fabrication § Sheet metal forming and tolerancing § Die cast design and manufacturing processes § Printed circuit board design and manufacturing processes Working with contract manufacturers to ensure an on time and high quality product is created per the design intent I understand the challenges of high volume manufacturing and the difficulties of delivering one off products. I regularly communicate/present directly with/to company executives to provide the product results the company needs to continue to be successful in reaching revenue and margin goals and objectives. I am passionate about using my extensive experience in innovative design and development and my desire for helping others achieve their best to bring excellent products to market that offer outstanding user experiences.
