About Mark Sutton

I am a professional project manager highly skilled in planning, communicating, and executing a project. I am the Strategic and Systems Integration Project Manager at the Ingham County Medical Care Facility. In this position, I am responsible for coordinating the renovations of four hallways in the south unit and other common areas of the facility. My other work entails assisting the IT department manager, the facility administrator, maintenance department, and I am the treasurer of the Dobie Road Foundation. Prior to this role, I was the Director of Government Affairs for the National Veteran Business Development Council, working to increase the contracts awarded to Veteran-owned Small Businesses. I was a legislative director and public relations director at The American Legion Department of Michigan, where I specialized in lobbying legislators and communicating information about programs, training, and information through television, digital, and print media. I received my bachelor’s degree in finance from Walsh Business College in 2016.
