I have spent more than 20 years in business development, first as an independent contractor for two comercial real estate brokerage firms in the Dayton market, and for the past twelve years, as the Business Development Director for a mid sized commercial/industrial construction company. I had serviced the construction company as a client in my brokerage position and went on to work in-house. I have negotiated a multitude of sales/leases and construction projects throughout my career. Projects ranging from a small leased spaced to multimillion dollar construction projects. I am adept at contract negotiations, proposal writing, organizing and coordinating client presentations.
