Dynamic Business Intelligence Coaching Purpose My purpose is to help startup and small business owners successfully achieve their life and business desires, which they decided upon when they first created their business. How I have devised a system called the 5 Ms of Business Mastery, which I deliver through online training, coaching and accountability. This system addresses: 1. The Mindset and Psychology that’s needed for resilience, success and prosperity in business. The Marketing strategy that every business needs if it is to grow. The Measuring of the key numbers needed to ensure that your business is on good track. The Management acumen of processes, systems, automation, and people. All of which provide the Momentum to accelerate the success of the business. What By offering bespoke coaching that helps business owners with one, some or all of the above areas of Mastery that will lead to better profits, more choices and a happier lifestyle. Most of my coaching happens over Zoom. I regularly write blogs, guide books, training and sessions accountability sessions, all to help you keep focused on the areas where you need support in however that works best for you. Who I work with startups and small business owners, whatever their industry, with the thinking and tools they need to establish, manage and grow their business to the level they wish. My Story – Why I want to coach On June 1st, 1996 I went into court to declare bankruptcy. This was due to a culmination of bad business decisions, fuelled by ego and pride, compounded to create this horrific nightmare. The day of my bankruptcy was my ‘day of disgust’, a description I picked up from Jeff Olson from a phrase he used in his book ‘The Slight Edge’. Paradoxically, this was also my day of freedom. I vowed to never be in this position again and thankfully I never have. I know this learning experience was invaluable and as I started back in business, I took all the business training and coaching I could lay my hands on and learned some great lessons from teachers all around the world. I added a business coaching qualification to my project management, training, and accountancy certifications and started to help others learn from my experience, to avoid the pitfalls. poor thinking and bad decisions that had led to my demise. Now I have a successful coaching business and a separate copywriting business, as well as volunteering as a debt coach. I have found that the 5Ms addresses every area a business owner needs to focus on to create this.
