I am focused on people, developing people, results driven, an active listener, builder of long-term relationships and have got a healthy winning mentality. I focus on people, am aware of personal interests and a good listener to identify the real needs. This approach enables me to establish healthy, sustainable and long-term relationships. By going deeper into the relevant topic, I get to know the true needs of the people I interact with. Together with the Sales Director I have set up the new commercial strategic framework for the professional business segment of Henkel. Having a strong business relationship with my customers, contacts and stakeholders enables me to bring the real needs of the market into the strategic plan. This results in being a strong partner leading the implementation of this framework and finetuning its tactical aspects, including marketing and sales related topics. The strong business relationships also give me the possibility to respond swiftly to (market) developments and needs and leverage this valuable information for beneficial gain. I always aim for a win-win collaboration as I believe it is important that my customers feel enabled to make smart choices. My goal is trying to make sure that they are always fully prepared for the challenges they’re up against by the solutions I bring into their business. I live by the motto to make every day better than the previous one. I am passionate about my family and am a proud father of two young boys. I enjoy spending time and having fun with them and encourage them to explore new things and most important: enjoy life. In my spare time I play tennis and am a keen CrossFit member.
