I cover technology vendors and products in the enterprise networking, communications, and storage and backup markets. I seek to understand and articulate how technology markets evolve and what it means to technology leaders and buyers. I created the Technology Commoditization Curve to visualize the stages most technology markets move through. I am passionate about leadership, fascinated by the exponential advancement of technology, and committed to developing and implementing processes that work. I believe that people, collectively and individually, are critical to the success of any organization. As a result, I am dedicated to developing people, leading individuals and teams to success, and recognizing effort and great work. Disruptive technologies have fascinated me for over a decade - the exponential advancement of science and technology have completely changed the way we work and live. I thrive on developing strategies and roadmaps that are inclusive of people, process, and technology. I have worked with hundreds of members to help develop strategies and improve operations over my career, which has helped me develop a very broad and deep understanding of the issues facing IT leaders.
