About Mark Teitell

I’m a consultant, leadership development adviser and executive coach who’s walked in my clients’ footsteps. Over the past 25 years, I was CEO of UltraViolet (a joint venture among Hollywood studios, global tech leaders and major retailers); advised C-level leaders of tech, telecoms and media companies (as a McKinsey consultant and Oliver Wyman partner); and rose through marketing and business development in large corporations and VC-backed start-ups. Along the way, I’ve invested substantial energy in “working on myself.” By harnessing psychology, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and modern wellness, I’ve consciously evolved how I think and operate…and unlocked greater skill, effectiveness, power, and freedom. And I’ve realized that for anyone trying to maximize their impact, this is a lifelong pursuit. Today as a Trium partner, I help senior leaders get clear and aligned on strategy and then powerfully translate that into how they transform and run their business. And, I support them in cultivating personal clarity of purpose and self-mastery to show up as the best leaders they can be.
