I am a rocket scientist turned private equity operations executive. I help build successful businesses by developing people, products, and process from scratch or through re-imagination. I have left my mark with companies in fitness/wellness/nutrition, aerospace, and internet & telecommunications. Specialties: Partnering with founders and management teams in to accelerate growth and advance market positioning for private equity backed consumer product and service companies with deep expertise and passion in fitness, wellness, nutrition and fitness technology. I thrive on scaling operations for entrepreneurial, service-based businesses. I create systems for turning ideas into true innovation. I bring structure and science to chaotic environments driven by the art side of the business. I am a master organizer who balances the C-suite big picture with the details that bring that picture into focus. My leadership style is to develop confidence within emerging leaders by coaching business fundamentals, to allow them to make their own decisions, and to partner with them in their current role and on their future career.
