I have worked in financial services for almost 40 years in various guises and am currently working with IFA practices as a compliance consultant. I have previously worked as a Chartered Financial Planner, compliance officer, on contracts, and have run my own IFA practice. In the past I have been Head of Financial Services for a large regional firm of solicitors, branch manager for building societies, and regional/area manager for insurance companies. I am qualified to Fellowship level with CII and am also an Associate with the CISI holding diploma's in Derivatives, Securities, Investment Management and Risk. I also hold Qualified Financial Adviser status in the Republic of Ireland. In addition to this I have qualified in Information Security Management and have been certified by ISACA.
