About Mark Torres

I'm Mark Lan. As an ESL tutor and teacher, I am assertive, purposeful and have great respect for myself and others’ rights as well. I approach my students' requirements with substance and goal-orientedness. I embrace purposeful techniques and tactics that spark interest. I make a decisive effort in my way to ensure the integrity of my client's data because I cherish the confidence they have in me. I provide constructive, opinionated remarks to assist the learners to focus on their target development and am very much willing to work on resolving conflicts I've been teaching K-12 students (kids and teens) for the past twelve years. I've tutored students, conducted different strategic remediation programs, developed interactive digitized materials, and done a lot of things to make my class more fun and exciting. My interpersonal communication skills are exceptional. I am capable of managing situations in the classroom that arise, in addition to having confidence in my competence to create a safe and conducive educational experience. I am a lifelong learner and have excellent time-management and organizing skills. I participated in a variety of training courses that enabled me to develop stronger teaching techniques for dealing with children, teens, and adults.
