I have over 20 years of experience in design and project management with focus on renovation and upgrade projects for both public works and private sector. I am able to manage the efforts of design and technical consultants at various pre-construction stages on multiple projects simultaneously. Key projects include: Developing a list of infrastructure project from a data base to be selected for funding, providing the initial scope of work and following through with the design process to get agency approvals. Managing the design process for a central plant with 6-1200ton chillers. The design and construction of a 3 story sf building reuse project. This building was demolished down to the structure for structural retrofit, The new design was a reuse change from a computer office building to a science lab building. Various other lab, infrastructure, classroom/lecture hall, and office projects.
