About Mark Turner

With over 5 years of experience as a Principal Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry, I am passionate about developing innovative and complex products that can improve the lives of patients. My core competencies include CMC project leadership, quality by design, design of experiments, and new technology research. I am currently looking for a new opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values quality, creativity, and diversity. In my most recent roles as a Principal Scientist. I have led the CMC development of pharmaceutical products, from early stages to regulatory submission and technical transfer. I researched new technologies and approaches for process and formulation improvement, and liaised between different departments, companies, and sites to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals. I also received multiple outstanding performance reviews for my contributions and achievements. Additionally, I was a subject matter expert within the department for new technologies such as informatics systems and QbD platforms and workflows, and worked closely with various stakeholders and departments to implement and optimize them. I have strong skills in manufacturing process improvement, pharmaceutical process development, and scientific background, as well as certifications in boosting confidence, public speaking, and performance.
