About Mark Tustain

I’m a strategic technology and innovation leader with extensive experience across global operations, tax technology, and large-scale process transformation. I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of technology, tax, and enterprise systems, leading initiatives that support complex compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments. My background spans ERP-integrated tax solutions, global implementations, and operational enablement, where I’ve helped organisations improve accuracy, consistency, and scalability across indirect tax, e-invoicing, and compliance processes. I bring a strong technical foundation combined with a deep understanding of business operations, governance, and how change is successfully delivered in large, matrixed organisations.I’m particularly focused on simplifying complexity — designing systems, processes, and operating models that reduce friction, support compliance at scale, and give teams better visibility and control. This includes leveraging automation, data intelligence, and AI-driven insight to move beyond manual processes and reactive decision-making.I thrive on connecting people, data, and technology to create solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. Whether leading global transformation programmes, building enablement frameworks, or shaping intelligent systems that evolve with business needs, I’m motivated by driving meaningful progress and long-term value.
