About Mark Umanzor

I am a Juris Doctor graduate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with a passion for law and justice. I have gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at various law firms, where I applied my legal research and drafting skills to assist with trial preparation, contract negotiation, and case management. As a Law Clerk at Chang Klein, LLP, I worked with a team of attorneys and paralegals on a variety of legal issues, such as motions, complaints, declarations, and discovery requests. I also conducted legal research of laws, statutes, rules of court and local rules using LexisNexis and Westlaw. At Gochman Law Group, PC, I reviewed and edited entertainment agreements related to production, literary purchase, license, and acquisition, and archived a database of past and current projects that assisted in contract negotiations. At Sweet Lawyers, I drafted demands and minor’s compromises on motor vehicle collisions, hit and runs, and premise liabilities, and performed legal research on personal injury law and premise liabilities. I am motivated by the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge to help clients achieve their goals and protect their rights.
