I have over 20 years experience in the mining industry across multiple disciplines, from exploration, open cut gold mining, nickel refining and iron ore scheduling along with contract management. In several of my most recent roles within the mining industry I have been involved in continual improvement methodologies from such processes as KPI based improvements to Six Sigma (Black Belt trained, assisted with Green and Yellow belt levels). I have working experiences in several business sectors which has enabled me to develop a more versatile understanding of multiple businesses disciplines over varying levels of organisations.
