As a PMP-certified PMO Manager for the Systems Services Department at Aristocrat Technologies, I leverage my commitment to the project and focus on the customer needs to drive successful outcomes. I lead the Project Management Organization's implementation team, who manage new installations and upgrades of the Oasis Casino Management System at 300+ casinos in North America, the Caribbean, and various cruise lines. My team is 12 Project Managers and 2 Scoping Managers handling multiple simultaneous projects across an extensive customer base. In addition, I come from a strong background in Information Technology, earning a MCSE in ‘99 while working in System Administration, Network Engineering, Help Desk and IT Department Management. My strong communication skills, being able to speak both human and geek, have brought me much success with completing IT projects within scope, time, and budget—along with yielding high customer advocacy ratings. A veteran of the Gaming industry, I hold more than 20 gaming licenses.
