About Mark Wallendorf

Two decades ago, my family and I took a leap of faith and left the comfort of our family, friends, and home in South Africa to immigrate to New Zealand. The risks that come with packing a family up and leaving for the unknown have thankfully been outweighed by the benefits for our family, which has enabled us to access countless opportunities on our journey so far. I started working at Agile in just in time for the IT and technological boom which allowed me to gain experience in several different roles. During my nine years at Agile, I worked alongside a fantastic team and network of clients which led to me being head-hunted by NSC Group Australia to facilitate in the strategic setup of NSC New Zealand. After four successful years assisting with the operational management of NSC New Zealand, I sought my next career opportunity and challenge with Connect New Zealand where I spent over three years implementing new operational systems and driving teams to deliver exceptional quality work. My current role within Honeywell has provided opportunities to implement strategies for our clients which result in operational excellence, efficiency in processes and policies to support the financial growth and goals of Honeywell. Outside of work you will find me either at the beach training for surf lifesaving or out sailing in the Hauraki Gulf. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and my wife and I are extremely proud of our two children, whom have grown into successful young professionals. I am most passionate about helping businesses with their strategic goals to ensure that the business can meet its full potential. I thrive in creating a supportive environment where I have the opportunity to assist businesses through challenges, aligning financial goals and organisational cultural.
