About Mark Ware

Over a 20+ year career in the biotechnology and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) sectors, I have worked in both private and not-for-profit organizations, developing a comprehensive understanding of the molecular diagnostic (MDx) market and wider biotechnology landscapes, key large and small industry players, and regulatory frameworks in strategically important global markets. My experiences as product and customer care manager, human factors (usability) researcher, application scientist, market researcher, and biotechnology consultant have imparted me with wide-ranging knowledge of med-tech product design & development, market entry, product adoption & implementation, end-user training, and aftermarket service & support. I have a passion for elegant, user-centric product designs that can be employed at any level of the healthcare system, from centralized hospitals to remote primary care clinics. I have extensive experience working in remote, hybrid and office environments.
