During the formative years of my career, I qualified as a Precision Manufacturing Engineer in the North-West of England. At 18, I ventured into property development, leading me to pursue a degree in Oxford to further my self-development. Background & Achievements: My education in Construction Management at Oxford Brookes laid the foundation for my journey. Achieving Chartered Builder status in 2012, I've made significant contributions to projects such as the Cancer and Haematology Centre at the Oxford Churchill Hospital and University of Oxford Buildings. I'm known for working on cutting-edge projects, evident in award-winning endeavours like the Rothschild Archive and the acclaimed Flint House, honoured as Grand Designs House of the Year. Design & Leadership: With two decades of construction design management experience, I've consistently overseen the projects from concept to realisation. Skilful in addressing challenges, managing costs, fostering client communication, and advocating for sustainable design. Professional Journey with Sweet Projects: I played a pivotal role in establishing Sweet Projects' design management department, producing hyperscale data centres. Over two years, I grew the team from one to seventeen members, significantly boosting annual turnover from £6m to a projected £100m. I'm currently spearheading the development of an innovative heat-to-power system for data centres, making substantial contributions to emissions reduction.
