I am passionate about architecture and achieving great outcomes within limited budgets,constrained space allocations and short timeframes. My team share my enthusiasm to work very closely with Clients, Usergroups, the broader Consulting team, which includes Builders. Ultimately we "do" what we do to improve environments for all stakeholders. Happy Clients and Engauged Staff lead to quality & sustainable service and ultimately satisfied & comfortable users. Our aim is to "Exceed expectations at every opportunity!" We hope to enthuse our clients, their staff and ultimately the end users with our passion and vision for environments that promote well-being and rapid recovery. We strive to offer the highest level of quality service and documentation deliverables - reacting to clients needs and interpreting clients requirements into successful built environments. Our track record shows we are achieving this goal, with over 90% repeat client commissions. We are always looking for ways to improve our deliverables and hence enhancing outcomes. We believe in sharing our experience with our broader team and encourage constructive criticism. We are keen to seek "Post Occupation" feed back - as this improves outcomes in the future. We strive for Zero Defect delivery and undertake regular service delivery evaluations to ensure that we constantly improve and build on our experience. We are acutely aware of the impacts of building and development on the environment. We consider materials specification and construction methods & processes seriously to ensure that our work is ESD efficient and has a minimal impact on the environment.
