About Mark Westcott

Over many years I was part of the team that created, developed and established from inception a highly respected, and profitable, Network of independent estate agent businesses that worked together to help both customers and each other. We recruited and account managed hundreds of individual businesses and built a Network of like minded companies happy to share customers, knowledge and provide support for one another. As part of this long journey, my involvement helped me build my knowledge of many aspects of the property industry as well as a large Network of long established industry contacts including estate & letting agents, industry suppliers, corporate relocation businesses & well known industry figures. My role as a Director enabled me to develop my operational, management and team leading skills as well as gaining experience working in collaboration with internal and external teams. More recently I have taken a new path as a Finance Broker, dealing with clients and lenders to find the best option to finance the customers plans around property. A new side to the property industry that is building my knowledge of how lenders view different scenarios and what they are looking for in order to agree to support a client.
