About Mark Whaite

With over 9 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a skilled and certified Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer at Malibu Boats, the world's largest manufacturer of watersports towboats. In my current role, I use GibbsCAM and G-Code to create and optimize CNC programs for various machines and parts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accuracy. I also collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects, and to implement continuous improvement initiatives. In my previous role as a Machinist at the same company, I operated and maintained CNC and manual machines, performed precision measuring and inspection, and contributed to the development of new products and processes. Additionally, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Information Technology Management at Western Governors University, where I have acquired valuable skills and knowledge in project management, data analysis, systems design, and business strategy. I am passionate about boating and watersports, and I am motivated by the mission of Malibu Boats to deliver the best possible boating experience to its customers.
