A Civil Engineer and Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Association for Project Management with over 26 years’ experience in the construction industry with major UK construction companies. Having worked with major UK clients I have gained extensive site and office experience within sectors such as water, highways, rail, coastal and defence. Highly experienced in Management and H,S&E issues in particular; extremely motivated to develop my ability and progress to higher levels. Throughout my career I have been driven to achieve results through people and how best to up-skill them and give them the knowledge they need to realise their true potential. I strongly believe that teams and individuals should be at the heart of all company growth strategies. Applied Behavioural Science practitioner – I passionate believe this has a world of applications and our focus traverses all areas of business management and safety to help managers make simple, yet effective and long lasting change to successfully drive businesses forward. • Training achievements include gaining IOSH Safety, Behavioural Safety, Supervising Civil Engineer, Risk Management, Planning (Primavera Suretrak).
