Husband, father and life-long learner. Determined to bring positive transformation to my areas of influence through service, integrity and excellence. Leader, strategist, coach and visionary. I have been helping others for more than 20 years understand their strengths, overcome barriers, and create vision and strategy around pursuing their ideal role in order to bring the greatest positive impact to their areas of influence. I have a “people over profit” approach that values relationship and connection above any monetary gain. These relationships and connections will always be our greatest investments and will always produce the greatest returns! My legacy and success will be measured by whether or not I helped create a better world for my children and those who come after me! I would be interested in helping lead an organization that helps the underserved or underrepresented. I have frequently worked with immigrants, refugees and migratory seasonal farm workers. I have also helped run programs for at-risk youth and adults needing services in education, employment, housing, or other basic needs.
