About Mark Whitman

As Oklahoma City Managing Partner, I lead the EY Oklahoma City office by developing and engaging our professionals, amplifying the EY brand and building relationships in the Oklahoma City area. I also serve as the EY Tax Practice Leader in Oklahoma City. I am intently focused on bringing the full power of EY across our four service lines to every business enterprise and family group in our market to address their current challenges and opportunities. I have more than 25 years of experience working with public and private companies in various industries, with an emphasis in the energy sector. My expertise includes advising companies on federal and state corporate tax issues, joint ventures, asset acquisitions and divestitures, and corporate mergers and acquisitions. I am a CPA in Oklahoma and hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. I am also a current member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs.
