Throughout my career, I’ve consistently delivered impactful results across multi-billion-dollar enterprises - driving margin expansion and optimizing cash flow in high growth environments through disciplined, data-driven decision-making. As Chief Commercial Officer and Finance Leader at CBRE-GWS, I spearheaded global initiatives that generated over $500M in annual cost savings, improved free cash flow by $300M, and expanded margins by 450 basis points. I’ve had the privilege of leading high-performing teams across Finance, Transformation, Commercial Strategy, and Accounting—deploying automation, outsourcing, and pricing strategies that elevated financial performance, unlocked business insights, and supported complex M&A integration efforts. A CPA by training, I bring both technical depth and strategic foresight to every initiative.
