About Mark Wilcoxen

My passion for educating my client family with Equitable Advisors, can easily be traced back to my seven-year career as a teacher in the United States and overseas in Qatar. While my content is different along with my clientele, my desire to educate remains the same. I enjoy being able to help individuals, families and business owners on achieving their financial goals whether it be building wealth, special needs planning, protection strategies, executive level/key person benefits, deferred compensation plans, tax-advantaged strategies and employee benefits, to name a few. While being able to work with a diverse client family, I also find time to specifically work with educators in the public and private sector. Regardless of one’s vocation and life circumstance, I have found that everyone has some level of need in the realm of financial services. When I'm not at the office or in meetings with my financial family, you will find me running, snowboarding, reading, building puzzles, playing games and/or watching the Chicago Cubs. I also enjoy serving at my church in multiple roles with my wife, Kristin. Kristin is a 5th grade teacher at Traders Point Christian Academy. Kristin and I met when I was a teacher, which is another reason why I am thankful for my time as an educator.
