My own journey of recovering from major injuries fuels my passion to help others rediscover their strength and live life to the fullest. That was my reality, facing down not one, but two major injuries. But I continued to believe in my potential and refused to accept those limitations. Through dedication and a deep understanding of movement, I defied the odds. Not only did I walk again, but I shattered expectations by going on to play high-level rugby for over 20 years, culminating in representing Belgium on the international stage. This experience inspired me to transition from my near 15 year military career as an electronic engineering technician with the Royal Corps of Signals in the British Army to becoming a bodywork engineer, in order to help others overcome similar obstacles and rediscover the joy of movement.
