About Mark Woodhouse

Whether engaged with larger Enterprise clients or internally on issues impacting UPS, Mark enjoys driving broad process improvements and developing solutions that move the needle. Goals of these solutions include cost reduction, more efficient deployment of working capital and inventory pipeline velocity, process streamlining and support of marketing initiatives, among others. Mark possesses deep experience in international air freight forwarding, supply chain and Program Management, both in operations and sales, resulting in a foundational skillset helping organizations recognize opportunities for measurable, impactful process improvement. Mark's international experience is reflected in a global and multicultural perspective. Throughout his career he has worked closely with, and managed, colleagues from diverse backgrounds. He has traveled extensively (in Europe and the US chiefly) both for business and pleasure over the course of his career. This experience includes working directly with constituents ranging from local level contacts to executive suite (President, Vice-President and CFO) contacts in local and multinational organizations. Mark embraces and enjoys the mentoring aspect of leadership and regards the career development of direct reports as a high priority.
