Mark is a Golf Course Designer focussed on creating strategic golf holes that engage with golfers on an intellectual level and seek to challenge both their golfing skills and confidence levels. Mark has experience in all facets of the golf course design process: from initial site planning, concept development & master planning; through to bulk earthworks design, detailed design & construction documentation; tendering, contract negotiation & contractor appointment; & thereafter management and field direction of construction works. Mark’s career has seen him take on the dual role of Golf Course Design consultant and Project Manager on a number of projects throughout Sydney. This experience has help to mould him into a highly-skilled professional capable of managing, considering and integrating necessary input from a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients. Attention to detail in all facets of Mark’s work ensures first class results and is the driver behind his success as both a Golf Course Designer and Project Manager, especially with respect to contract administration. Strong relationship management skills enable him to quickly build mutual trust and respect with key stakeholders, thus forging strong professional relationships on each and every project. Mark has the ability to engage with clients, consultants and contractors alike using a variety of communication platforms to plan, develop, manage and deliver desired project outcomes - both on time and on budget.
