I am a proud and accomplished "Business Generalist"! My professional career has benefited from management and senior leadership roles in a variety of departments including Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Recruiting to name a few. I've had the pleasure of working in various industries such as retail, QSR, SaaS Start-Up, E-Commerce, and Non-Profit. The best piece of advice I ever got came from my dad who said: “To be GOOD in life, know EVERYTHING about SOMETHING, but to be GREAT you have to know SOMETHING about EVERYTHING. This way you can talk and work with anyone.” I’m naturally curious and am energized by wearing many hats to make things better. This coupled with my true super power of building great teams and maximizing their potential benefits organizations of any size and industry. Finally, I simply love to collaborate with people and have always had a positive cultural impact on every company that I’ve worked for whether remote or in person.
