I joined the Clear the Air Foundation as the Director in 2018 and immediately began a turnaround. Before the first full year I set records in total vehicle donations and scholarships awarded. The turnaround includes developing relationships with vehicle donors and technical schools. I've awarded more scholarships in the last three years than in the previous seven. In addition, I bring over 18 years experience in the Executive Search industry including start-up, recruiting, new product development, Information Technology and marketing. Key Career Accomplishments: CPR Anesthesia = Secured contracts of more than $6.5 million in less than two years, nearly tripling the size of the company. Developed various metrics to improve efficiencies of recruiting efforts. Procured, configured, and implemented all facets of computer system including hardware, e-mail program, T1, file management, and voice mail systems; network installation, configuration and maintenance. Led site research, selection, and negotiations for new office space and equipment; designed and installed layout of ergonomics, workspace configuration, network establishment, and relocation of all assets. Successfully led and closed multiple negotiations including 3-year lease contract versus originally presented 7-year term (renegotiated second lease with more flexible parameters); Developed and initiated multiple web based projects including 'Internet Recruiting' project responsible for landing billings of over in first two years and company website complete with current position availability netting over designed and maintains entire website including updates, links, search engine registration, and user friendly form postings. Participated in creation and implementation of consulting division business plan resulting in over $1 million annual billings.
