About Mark Zenobio

I am results-oriented professional with extensive technical support, operations and leadership experience, with the hands-on skills to get the job done. I am adept at analyzing problems and evaluating operations while keeping a keen eye on the tactical execution of daily activities and focus on strategic objectives. I thrive in situations where processes or solutions are misaligned with business need and require optimization or reengineering. In my career I have had the great opportunity in more than one occasion to turn disfunction, small or large, into function from applications and process reengineering to application and process rationalization. I Possess a broad aptitude in technology and able to establish and maintain professional and courteous customer and vendor relations. I have negotiated and managed service contracts with vendor service providers and transitioned services from one vendor to another with little to no customer impact. My career has provided me the great pleasure of hiring, mentoring and promoting highly skilled professionals. Additionally, I have served as Co-Chair for a non profit organization that raises awareness and funds in the continual fight to cure Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This group of volunteers has raised over $1.2M in an 8 year span.
