About Mark Zimmer

I started Geico in the home sales division. I was part of the 2nd team on the floor, so ive been through everything. I helped create a lot of the programs, teams and processes used today. Before I left Geico, I was in the top 10 country wide for home sales. I succeeded by learning great sales tactics but also because I possess excellent listening and responding skills. Ive taught classes on this subject as well as how to maintain retention and sell quality polices. I consistently met and exceeded goals, I've recieved numerous awards and commendations for my above and beyond normal customer service and interaction skills. I enjoy working in a group and often find myself taking the lead and teaching others whenever I can. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and watching others grow and become successful. Im very open to communication and criticism. I am humble and know if a mistake is made, I'll be the first to admit and learn from it. I strive for perfection and happiness in my workplace not only for myself but my fellow associates and clients alike.
