Who I am: I challenge assumptions In daily operations, within negotiations, or in identifying business opportunities and continuous improvement prospects, my success results from my ability to (gently) challenge underlying assumptions. I know what I don’t know I have extensive experience in administrative and financial services, but I know what I don’t know and I know when to seek out experts and specialists. I will be an “upstander” not a bystander Where appropriate, I will speak up in a respectful and tactful way if I witness demeaning comments or inappropriate behaviour- Provide leadership and management of administrative and financial projects and initiatives; offer a balanced approach between strategic leadership and oversight and appropriate level of detail management. Collaborative problem solver, tactful and diplomatic, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. My view is that the administrative and financial functions are critical support services to an organization's greater goals. My style is collaborative, respectful, and supportive but also solution-oriented and results driven; I believe in exemplary customer service, mutual understanding, and the power of teamwork.
