Previously, as an Operations Supervisor at DaVita, I manage a team of 20-25 employees who handle the admissions process for 1400 patients monthly. I am skilled in change management, analytics, and implementing new concepts to improve speed, response time, and accuracy. Under my leadership, more than 10 employees have been promoted within their roles, with 4 employees advancing to leadership positions.I have an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Prism Career Institute. I have over 20 years of customer service experience in various settings, including health care, retail, and hospitality. I am known for my leadership, resourcefulness, relationship building, and problem-solving abilities.
