I am an Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Takeda, a global leader in biotechnology and health care. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, I have an MBA in Health Services and a B.S. in Molecular Biology, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to ensure product quality and safety for Takeda and its customers. In my role as an Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Takeda, I have the honor of overseeing the quality operations for laboratory testing in two esteemed lab locations. My primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of test results, upholding the highest standards of quality in everything we do. With a strong background in leadership and management, I have had the privilege of guiding and inspiring my team to reach new heights in both production and compliance. I have cultivated a culture of excellence, where every employee is empowered to contribute their best and strive for continuous improvement. My skill set includes expertise in Six Sigma Lean, facility start-up, driving culture change, managing multiple facilities, implementing quality systems, managing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), leading continuous quality improvement initiatives, and implementing automated systems. These skills have been instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality throughout our operations. My mission is to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of biotechnology and healthcare by consistently delivering accurate, compliant, and timely test results. I am committed to upholding the values of integrity, excellence, and innovation in all aspects of my work.
