As Director of Career Pathways at Partner4Work, I lead initiatives like Learn & Earn, connecting over young people each summer to real work experience. My focus is building scalable, equity-driven programs that prepare youth for long-term success. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar grants, built cross-sector partnerships with schools and local governments, and designed inclusive strategies that drive results.
