With over 10 years of experience in the clinical research industry, I am a passionate and driven Clinical Trial Manager at ICON plc, a global provider of outsourced development and commercialization services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. I am committed to delivering high-quality clinical trials that meet the needs of our clients, regulators, and patients, and to fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within my team and across the organization. In my current role, I am responsible for leadership, oversight, planning, and execution of assigned clinical studies, timelines, and key deliverables. I work closely with the Clinical Program Manager and Clinical Outsourcing on selecting CROs and vendors, RFI, RFP and bid defenses, and managing study budgets and financial reporting. I also oversee and work directly with CROs, vendors, field monitors, and other partners, and establish and maintain strong relationships with investigators, study coordinators, site personnel, and other external key stakeholders. I leverage my skills in contract research organization (CRO), social networking, and data analysis to ensure the quality, efficiency, and compliance of the clinical trials, and to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
